The Icon Fellows program is for Black and Brown men in tech who are looking for opportunities to level up their mindset, lives, and careers.
The Icon Fellows Program provides professional development, career coaching, and mental health opportunities for Black and Brown men in tech. We partner with leading organizations, license therapists, and tech industry leaders to help match the needs of the participants in the fellow’s program.
The Icon Fellows Program is for, designers, developers, product managers, entrepreneurs, Black and Brown men early in their careers or looking to make a career change or advancement to become leaders.
